natural was 150 pounds doing 245... a real bench press, touching chest and locking elbows.
on a deca/sust/beast cycle I was 190 pounds doing 315.
if you can do 80 pounds more natural and 120 pounds more on cycle that is a good goal to shoot for IMO
for you younger guys be careful maxing out and doing heavy weights.. your tendons and ligaments wont like you hammering away too much. be smart
