Figure out your weight and what u can bench clean as a % and tell us if it's the result of gear or natural. we'll see what the results are.

I am 205 natural and have done 400. so that's 195% or 1.95 times my body weight.
 
also round the number as well to one of the choices. If you do 1.18 times then it would be 1.25 and so on. Post what it is as well and your weight. i consider myself one of the strongest lb for lb in my gym natural at 6'2

oh and also... try and be honest too. this is just a survey. i'd like to get actual results and i imagine other people would like to know as well
 
I have hit 430 at 215 and 315 for 13 before both were clean ironically enough
 
my chest, shoulders, and tris have always been my stongest muscles=strong bench. Weighed 146-147lbs and benched 290 raw at a Bench Press comp at my college about 2 years ago. Now I'm 155lbs and bench around 300lbs. All natty.
