How many exercises, how many sets?

Lets assume you're hitting the muscle 1x each week.

How many exercises per bodypart & how many sets per exercise do you all like?

I've heard some people say they do the same amount for legs & biceps, your thoughts?

3 excercises 4 sets each. Should do the trick the majority of the time. It all depends on intensity bro. Sometimes I can accomplish in 1 set what some cant replicate in 3. Put your mind, heart and spirit in each set and you will find that less is often better.

Right!! The 3 ex 4 sets is tried and tested. Its what I use to good effect. Occasionally throw in extra 4 sets of an exercise for big groups like back and legs.

Punch is right though. Ideally 1 set is enough, really gun a set with a few forced reps on end and you can be as done as a whole workout does
 
depends on what training regiment you use. if you use DC or 5x5 it would be different.
