I wear gloves because I have a genetic predisposition to arthritis. Preventative measures may stop physical ailments in their tracks. Also, can someone post a link citing research that supports the idea that gloves and straps stunt forearm and wrist growth or is this just broscience? If these are just opinions then they aren't facts...bottom line. I love it this guy asks a question about form and he gets a "shpeel" about gloves..I wonder why that pisses people off so much..maybe just egocentrism lol..oh and if you've ever watched YouTube vids of some of these "pros" there form is fucking awful lol oh but they're pushing such heavy weight right? Ok yea but were talking about form not weight. What's heavy to you might be light as fuck for me ya know. Just watched your vids though. Man your range of motion is horrible. You need to sacrifice your ego and lighten that weight. Go was to calves on squats, control the weights, hold for a 1 count at the bottom and control the weights on the ascent
