unfortunately it wont let me post links yet for another week, so if you can go to youtube and search for "Criminal10dinC" you can find my channel.

i have video uploaded of me doing squats, leg presses, and good mornings. i feel like i can really improve on all of these exercises, that is why i am asking for help.

how can i improve my form?
 
why are you wearing gloves? throw those away please.. unless you want forearms and wrists of a 12 year old boy.

your form is not good at all, but most guys have bad form when they squat. you should definately watch some vids online on how to squat better. for starters you aren't going down low enough

good mornings i wouldn't bother with either. if you do compound lifts you won't need to bother with those at all.

you are not advanced enough to waste time with that kind of exercise. stick with the basics right now. squats, deadlifts, cleans will build up the legs. alternate those
 
Man it pissed me off that you're taking gear but you're asking whether your form is correct.

this is my way of perfecting myself. when was the last time you video recorded YOURSELF doing an exercise to gain better form?

i bet you're not doing everything perfect yourself.
 
I know a lot of people stop at parallel to the floor but I go all the way! And I agree at least you're tryin to get better and you have a new hobby that will better your life! Use the critisism as fuel to do better.

Leg presses are not one of the exercises you should be spending a whole lot of time on either, but if your going to do them you need to go alot further down. Also, get some videos of your squat from behind too. You def need to go lower, and from the back you can check how even you are between your legs.
