I picked up some oat bran this week end. I have never had it but it looked very comparable to oat meal, it actually has a higher protein content, and it seemed like a good idea for a bit of variation (I've been eating steel cut oats twice a day fro the last 3 months or so).
I assume that all i need to do is pour some hot water and splenda and it should be good to go, right?
I also need some (healthy) ideas for adding flavor. How do you guys prepare oat bran?
