How do you measure protein?

I've been heavily involved in training and supplementation, but the biggest component that is missing from my bb regimen is proper dieting. I know the basic principals of bulking and cutting, but I want to be able to get more specific. Is there a method of calculation to figure out how many grams of protein there are in each of my meals? If anyone has any info or links to some good resources to calculate protein, fat, calories, carbs, etc., please post. Thanks bros.

thanks guys. I already read labels, I was just more concerned about food that is prepared at a restaurant or meat that may not have it all labeld out. I'l check out the sites, thanks again.

I go by labels most of the time, but often times I have to estimate totals when I get food somewhere else, that I didnt prepare. Fast foods are all listed on the internet so thats not a problem. If I had a meat scale Id be able to calculate cooked meat alot easier. I havent been cooking loose meat anyway, lately, so the only foods that present problems are the ones someone else prepares, or certain restaurants.

I underestimate foods that are eaten outside for example, a chicken drumstick would be 6-8 grams of protein. And a piece of lean sirloin steak would be 15 g of protein per 100 grams.
