How do you guys get the REALLY hot girls?

2 situations. Over the last 6 weeks I have seen two of probably the hottest girls I have seen in real life, in years. One of them is in two of my classes (my lab and class), and the other works at banana republic.

Now, I cant talk to the first girl in class because she sits on the other side of the room (didnt see her for like 3 weeks, and I cant move now). However she is in my lab class also. I make small talk with her and geigh shit like that, but I really dont know how to approach it. I mean, every single fucking guy tries to hit on her. It is almost pathetic, and I dont want to appear to be one of the toolbags that does this. My face is better looking than most of the guys around, and my body is better looking than all of them, so I am above average, but still completely outclassed by this girl. She could have any guy she wants, anytime. She is also from canada, and moved to FL, whatever thats worth (yes, I have worn that convo out, and so has all the other guys). Another thing is, she is probably the perfect girl. She is so unbelieveably nice that you cant tell if shes being nice because she is nice, or becuase she is interested. She could be the perfect girl-doesnt smoke, do drugs, and is very kind and considerate-not your typical hot girl. How would you guys approach this?

#2 situation. I went to banana to shop 2 weeks ago and this gorgeous girl was in there working behind the desk (im talking another 9.7-9.8, again, outclasses me completely). So i picked up a few things hoping to get in her line but i ended up in some other guys, so i really didnt get the chance to talk to her. How do you pick up a girl at her work like this? I mean, i know that at least 10 guys hit on her a day. How do i seperate myself from this pack? I bet she has a fake number she has memorized just to blow all the tools off.

1. I agree w/ some other members here...don't get stuck on the whole "they outclass me" bit.
2. Just be yourself man. NEVER put on a front. Most ladies see thru that shit, and the ones that don't go along w/ it just 'cause they wanna fuck.
3. There any way you can get into class a bit earlier and sit in her area of the room? Don't go staight to where she sits...too damn obvious.

Too damn difficult to pick up in a store. Wtf is someone supposed to say:

I dont think I have a confidence problem, but I was in a relationship for about 2 years, so I am sure I am a bit rusty. Mainly looking for tips.

Another thing is that I usually have to put forth minimum effort into picking up a girl. Usually Im the guy that the girls are like "hes so hot," so basically I have already started out dominating them, and i have nothing to fear. Also, I really dont have to say a whole lot when I want to bang a chick. So, im rusty, dont really have to work for it, and usually start out in a superior position.
