How do you guys get the REALLY hot girls?

#2 situation. I went to banana to shop 2 weeks ago and this gorgeous girl was in there working behind the desk (im talking another 9.7-9.8, again, outclasses me completely). So i picked up a few things hoping to get in her line but i ended up in some other guys, so i really didnt get the chance to talk to her. How do you pick up a girl at her work like this? I mean, i know that at least 10 guys hit on her a day. How do i seperate myself from this pack? I bet she has a fake number she has memorized just to blow all the tools off.
(note, mainly interested in banging this girl)

Get a job at Banana and work the same shift as her. Chicks like that are always banging their co-workers/managers. The guy that helped you probably had her.

More often than not,this is the case in both sexes.The more attractive they are on the outside,the bigger the pain in the ass they are personality-wise.Although I can appreciate beauty and am of course attracted to it,the lady I will choose in the future will probably be of the more average looking variety with a sweet personality,to avoid all the bullshit that more often than not coincides with the knockout variety.

Look it's not magic hear, just treat her like an average looking girl. Be friendly and stike up a casual conversation about class, and then branch off into other shit. Like current events, cool parties at school, where she bought her shirt........ whateva

*If she is smiles and laughs during the conversation your golden. Main thing her is to not think about her looks, and not act like you want her. Just be a friendly person.

In mid conversation you can throw in a "man I'm really really hungry"......."we should go grab some food"

If she likes you she'll either get some food, or say she can't but'll give you her number...... good luck
