Sorry I know it sounds like an elementary question. But I was hoping that someone would give me a detailed explanation of how to do it correctly. I have searched on this site and couldnt get a full grasp on how to do it. I just got the inzer wraps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

I think alot of personal preference goes into this. I love the way animalmass wraps mine. Seems like he usually goes bottom to top, and then tuck in the front wrapping inward.

I'm sure he'll come correct me if I'm wrong.

I would suggest practicing. Practice with the person that will be wrapping them for you if you have someone doing that. You may like them wrapped to the outside, bottom to top, or criss crossed.

Vague, wasn't it? :)

Try it and see how it feels.

Like Spatts said it depends on what feels right for you. I go top to bottome inside to out. That feels the best for me though I haven't tried criss-crossing them yet. Try it a couple of different ways and see what feels the best on your legs.

Cheers,
Scotsman

I like wrapping from the bottom up with no crisscrossing. That's wasted knee wrap in my book. I just start at the bottom and make 1/2 inch turns until the wrap is slightly above my knee cap. I like tying them off at the top. I think it creates an illusion that your hips are lower if you tie off the wrap in front, on top of the knee.
