How are these ratios?

I'm 6'4", 235. Trying to lose some weight.

Calories: 2,000
45% Protien
21% Fat
34% Carbs

6 Meals a day.

Meal 1 - 450 calories - Carbs/Pro - Wheat Flakes / Shake
Meal 2 - 250 calories - Carbs/Pro - Oats/Yogurt
Meal 3 - 350 calories - Fat/Pro - Eggs
Meal 4 - 350 calories - Fat/Pro - ANPB
Meal 5 - 300 calories - Fat/Pro - Chicken w/ Salsa
Meal 6 - 300 calories - Fat/Pro - Meat
 
Calories seem a bit low for your body weight. It also might be a good idea to increase your fats and lower your carbs.

It's hard to critique your diet without knowing WHEN you train (weights, cardio etc) and at what intensity.

you didnt specify your training time? Do you not have a pwo??? Most important carb meal of the day!!!!!
Meal 1 better sources of carbs(oatmeal)
Meal 2 there are no protein sources in this meal
meal 3 all whole, or 1/2 and 1/2???
Meal 4 ANPB is not a good source of protein
Meal 5 Where does the fat come from?????
Meal 6 NO FAT here at all!!

Overall terrible diet, you need to utilize better protein sources;i.e. chicken,tuna,fish,lean beef and turkey. Only thing yogurt has is carbs(mostly sugar) the protein listed is incomplete and shouldnt be considered a protein source. You also need to utilize better carb sources;i.e. yams, rice,oatmeal. Also fat sources. ANPB and egg yolks are your only fat sources. Throw in flax oil, almonds for variety. I hope your taking in one hell of a multivitamin, b/c youll definitely need one to take the place of the veggys you left out. They are "free" foods, which give you beneficial nutrients that you need. Incorporate them immediately.
