Last night was first night working out in my new home gym. Very exciting stuff. Did M.E. Bench working on a close grip 5 board press, then did dumbell triceps on the floor, then dumbell rows for lats, and band work for shoulders and rotators. Everything I would have done at the YMCA, but I was at home!!!
Can't wait for speed squats friday night. Made a box last night and anxious to try it out. Also made a reverse hyper that fits in the rack. Thanks for the design ideas JimmyDean.
