Hi,
why everybody reccomended HIIT and no low intensity cardio for Fat loss. I have read that the best is doing cardio between 65-70%HR where is true? I have read that if I'm doing cardio at more intensity I don't burn fat but carbs, is it true? so wher is tru? Explain me it please. what is better and why?
