ko so i have this for lunch everyday so i thought id share it w/ u
heres what ull need
2 slices whole wheat bread
5 eggs
1 can/pouch tuna
3 pinchs of cyanne pepper
2 tbsp or more or less merical whip ( i just kinda dump sum in)
honey mustard
boil the 5 eggs and only use the whites, mix that in a bowl w/ the tuna, mayo,mustard and pepper, then slap all u can on the bread and eat the rest w/ a fork and you got urself one hell of a lunch
i think its sumwere around
egg protein- 6*5= 30 + the pouch has i think 21 g protein
so thats 51 grams of protein
