Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Hi everyone, this is my first day here but Im kind of stuck on this question. Ive been taking 100 mg cyp per week for the last 6 months for hrt. (diagnosed with a test level of 140). Im 51, 6'4" and 300 lbs with a lean mass about 225. After 6 months of 100 mg cyp I was tested again right before my next injection was due. My test level was 981, free t about 3.4 and e2 at 58. After my injections my test must have been way over 1500. Since then Ive cut back my injections to 70 mg / wk. The question is do I have to go with arimidex to cut the e down? or is it likely low enough with the 30 mg cut back that I could just take Masteron and that control it? Im thinking masteron sides are preferable to arimidex. (my wife is a HUGE HRT fan now but shes mad I waited till I was 50) Ive never tried either of these and would love some thoughts. thanks.

mast is good go for it for ur goals don't go more than 200mg/week , and if u wanna do adex start with the minimum dose to avoid sides like 0.25mg twice per week and watch ur BP and LDL carefully u r 300 lbs man with 75 lbs of fat and that's serious i suggest u follow it with ur doc.
btw it's better if u split ur weekly dose of test to twice a week too u'll have more stable levels of test and estro.

Yea 75 pounds of fat sounds like a lot till you recall thats 25% bodyfat. Still too much, but many people would love to have only 25% bodyfat. Ive been thinking about mast but I ordered the adex anyway. Heres another question. Does the minimum test and minimum e 2 levels track together? OR does e 2 levels rise behind the test levels and drop off behind the test levels? Any idea about if you use test today, tonight it is at its peak... when would e 2 reach its peak? tonight as well? tomorrow? next week? Im trying to decide if a week after my test injection was e2 increasing? maxed out? or dropping? Thanks.

of course the less exogenous testosterone u inject in ur system the less estrogen conversion u have , but this is not the case of an ideal ratio between the two , if ur body produce lot of aromatase enzyme then u r going to convert more test to estro then u'll have a lower test ratio to estro, it depends on individuals but with ur 70mg test/week i think u wont have any problem, but i still insist if u split it in 2 dose like Monday morning and Thursday evening (3.5 days split) more stable and a lot less peaks and valleys and since u have adex on hand now return to ur initial 100mg dose and split it in 2 x 50mg doses , as for the release test cyp peaks after about 24 hours and start declining to baseline around day 10 as for e2 is about the same time it's a matter of hours, and both test and estro will eventually drop together after a week.
