Hi
Just wanted to introduce myself
Ran across this site thanks to Google and it seemed like a great place to get support and helpful information
I've just stepped up my exercise routine in hopes of toning it up a bit more...I've had problems getting my 'pre baby' body back.... my baby girl is almost two and here I still am
I work out seven days a week...initially I was crosstraining every other day for 45 minutes and doing strictly cardio every other day for 30 minutes. I'm now doing the crosstraining five days straight and cardio only on the weekends. A lo-carb gal here as I'm hypoglycemic and the starches and carbs are what got me when I was pregnant (I gave in big time....lol). SO.... any help would be appreciated! Also, I thankfully rid my body of prescription diet pills that I found myself depending on for months....they wernt helping me as far as diet, I found I was taking them for energy and knew I had to stop. It's amazing how much better I sleep now....IMAGINE THAT
