It really depends on your goals to be honest. Also 10iu is a pretty high starting dose. There can be quite a bit of water retention, sore joints, etc. with HGH, so maybe start at 2 or 3iu to see how you react first (with quality pharma HGH, you don't need much). HGH is also pretty subtle. For most goals, you need to run HGH for quite a while (6 months or even a year) to see real results.
