guys like Needsize are the ones who get my respect, not only do their bodies show they know what they're doing but they post up vids of them lifting so you can see just how hard they work

not that what anyone else lifts matters to me, but if you talk a big game you should really put up lol

Tweakle,
If the pic in the avator is you, then you should get your props. However, when you read someones post, you can tell if they know what the hell the are talking about. If i was a thinner guy with a six pack, like many on this site, everyone would want to see my pick. However, i dont and really dont care that i dont. Im 250lbs and not ripped, but i am one big SOB who trains as hard as any one else does.

Truth is, anyone can be ripped.............and anyone can be large..............but to have both components, now that is the key........I'm changing my avat..............so we can end this.

So you would rather take dietary advice from someone who "sounds" like they know what they're talking about rather than someone who has applied their knowledge to attain a great physique? Hard to believe but ok. A "big SOB who trains hard" may be more useful on the training board and not the diet board - just a thought. Anyone can "bulk." Cutting is the more difficult part.

You got my message than haus?

YEP!

I tried calling you this morning, but you must have been busy at work already. I left you a voice mail.

Possible training dates:
18, 19, or 20th.
or
25th or 26th

Call me later this evening.

Please, enlighten me as to how it is more difficult to bulk. Everyone knows the types of foods that will best serve the body. Eating massive amounts is easy. Now eating at maintenance or just below (to get leaner) is where it gets difficult. Hence the fact that most guys are fat. You think most guys would rather walk around fat than with abs. lol Why do you think that there is an obesity epedemic in the US? ;)

Couldn't be any more inaccurate than that post................

HOLD ON LITTLE ONE!

Your avator pics looks like you weigh about 160. I have absolutely no problem with that. Since you are light, you for sure should have a six pack. I weigh 250lbs, so it isnt the easiest of things to attain. However, i dont care about a six pack. I am big so it is a hell of lot easier to gain mass and strenght.

I do input a lot on the training boards, but i would like to increase my dietary knowledge too, hence i am reading and posting on the diet board. NOT ANYONE CAN BULK. Most thin guys cant bulk, like most big guys cant cut, genetics maybe, but absolutely not fully. Ill be the first to admit, if i have to sacrifice something it will be cardio.

The internet and message boards are great, but you have to use your brain to determine if you agree with someone or you discredit them. Most people on these boards can read through the bullshit and take note of the great ideas.

njripped, you're wrong on this one. Bulking does not necessarily = getting fat. In fact, the one's who bulk successfully are the one's that put on the smallest possible amount of fat. Of course anyone can pig out and balloon up. But I would like you to try going from your 160lb figure to 230lb with an increase of only 3- 4 percent bodyfat. Ah, makes it a lot harder, huh?

Now, cutting is definitely difficult, b/c you have to put a lot of effort into designing the perfect diet -- takes some of trial and error. But if you're strong mentally (ie. you are able to resist the temptation of eating the entire cake at a bday party), more than half the battle is already won.
