Here's g-dogg's ULTIMATE BULKING diet and cycle-

1000 mgs of TEST per week (Personally, I like to switch types every 3 or 4 weeks)
800 mgs of DECA or EQ per week, I don't switch these, I pick one as my base and stay on it for 12-16 weeks
40 mgs of DIANABOL per day (my BP gets too high if I take more than 40 mgs)
3-6 IU's of GH 4 days per week (not neccesary but if you can afford it it does wonders, I would NOT recomend more than 6 per day even if you can afford it)
6-10 units of HUMALOG on training days-post-training only(100 grams of dextrose, 10 g's of creatine and glutamine and 50 grams of whey isolate)
Anti e's if needed


That's much to little test. If you've been talking to the "biggest bodybuilders on the planet", you'd know most are using at the very least 2g's and more like 3-6grams a week.

Switching "types" will do little for the effectiveness. Test suspension has the highest soluability at 100mg/ml, and prop a close second at ~87mg of test per 100mg dose. Enan and Cyp (and subsequent deconate's) are 72mg per 100mg dose or less.

3-6iu's of GH is a waste, don't even bother unless you can afford to use at least 10 and preferably 16.

6-10iu Humalog will do little more than give you a bit of a pump. Getting a quick little pump is a far cry from growing actual tissue.

So you only sleep 2-3hrs at at time?

Alot of people might disagree with a diet like this but I've tried EVERY kind of way to get big and this seems to work the best, one healthy thing I do is drink AT LEAST one gallon of water per day

If you read my last reply you would have seen this was merely an example for a regular bodybuilder, not a pro you ignorant motherfucker, you really believe that 16 iu's is what you need, maybe if you want a gut like Palumbo's, I know people who use over 30 iu's per day but they look like shit, to say 3-6 does nothing is just plain stupid, again, if you read the first line in my post I said it's a guide to put on size, NOT a guide on what pros take, I do have another post about a pros cycle, as far as Humalog goes, again I was listing a dosage for a regular bodybuilder, even a top level pro doesn't need to go higher than 15 units a day---what happens here Mr. pusher is when someone lists a ridiculous cycle, alot of these kids go and do it, that's why I posted a general idea, and YES, I only sleep about 2 hours at a time especially when I'm dieting, it's not by choice, it just happens to be the way I sleep--BTW, when you say 6 grams a week you sound like a fucking moron, there might be some dumbasses that go that high but it is definately not neccesary, I talk to many pros on a regular basis and I am very aware of what some guys are doing but you are thew reason so many people take such insane amounts of drugs and still look like SHIT

-- 16iu per day is the minimum Milos Sarcev reccomends for his clients. Not that I am a client of his, but just to back up my words.

-- The guts of guys like Palumbo, Kovacs, and even Nasser are the result of a combination of 1-Heavy, heavy insulin use, 2-Androgen water retention, 3-Excessive food intake.

-- I know guys who use 27iu's and look great, I suggest the "guys you know" either have a shitty diet, shitty genetics, or well, don't exist.

b) The fact that your reply is nothing but one long run-on sentence. Maybe you're not an "ignorant motherfucker", but you sure sound uneducated.

-- 3-6iu will do little more than burn some bodyfat and tighten up your skin a bit.

-- Umm, unless that 15iu's is split into three doses of 5iu's.....nevermind, you won't understand.

-- I didn't say 6grams was the end-all, be-all. I was referring to the pro's and amatuers I know, who use -- and read this closely this time -- b e t w e e n 3-6g's. Get it?

-- They look like shit because of either never learned how to train, or have shitty genetics. There are plenty of guys who train like shit, use steroids/gh/insulin and still look great. Flex Wheeler, Nasser, and Dillett for example.

Your posts are a complete waste of space-lol-I know Milos too big guy, that's who wrote out how to use Humalog for Paul and I, your rambling doesn't bother me, it's just annoying so please don't waste my space or anyone else's for that matter

The majority use GH all year if they can afford it but the most effective time to use it is pre-contest IF you had to pick a time to use it, it works very well while trying to shed bodyfat
