Here's g-dogg's ULTIMATE BULKING diet and cycle-

You have to factor in drugs which make a huge difference in how the extra food is used, every successful pro that I know eats pretty much everything in the offseason-Cutler and I had sushi a couple months ago and he told me the way he got over 300 is by eating In & Out Burger EVERY night before he started his diet for the O last year, Ronnie eats EVERYTHING offseason, Lee Priest-enough said, Chris C. eats pizza, doughnuts, etc in the offseason, I've had many post-stoned meals with Chris, do you want me to continue?

you the man g-dogg, i see you chill with a lot of big name pro's, good luck with this cycle, what is your current bf at 280? and please tell me you didn't drop a weight on your foot again...j/k

eating a lot is good to build up muscle but you can only build so much muscle each day from food... there for extra food is just energy and fat... so how does this help put on more muscle than a clean diet eating lots around 3000 cals instead of 4500

Are you serious? 3000 cals per day! For most 200 pound males that is a sub-maintinance level of calories....Dieting. Even your 4500 calories is simply around maintinace for a hard training 200 pound male athelete/bodybuilder.

Anabolism is a VERY energy expensive metabolic process. It requires loads of additional energy to synthesize muscle protein, let alone the increased protein intake necessary to supply the body with the amino acids used to make that muscle protein. As muscle mass accumulates it becomes more demanding on nutritional resources to maintain that muscle. The bigger you are/get the more you have to eat to simply keep what muscle you have. So, suffice it to say that in order to further develop muscle mass you have to consume a greater amount of food energy to support that growth.

Add AAS into this equation and the metabolic rate of protein synthesis is sped up significantly. This allows you to build more muscle in a much shorter period of time....Yeh, the whole point of AAS use. Well, without sufficient nutrients that process won't be fully capitalized on. You simply are able to utilize more nutrients (glucose and protein namely) in order to build more muscle tissue. So by restricting food intake when the body is in a hypermetabolic state of muscle anabolism is completely illogical and a waste of a cycle. Muscle tissue is not manufactured out of thin air. It has to have the materials and energy to be built or else it won't be built....Simple as that.

I can back this up!! This is my first bulk cycle that I just at EVERYTHING...pizza, hamburgers, fries, you name it. I have put on 10lbs in the past week that I have been on my cycle.
Good shit bro-if I were natural I would eat clean but that's not the case, when I diet for a show the fat comes off very easily, I've been up to 311 before and I was harder than I am in the pic of me that Nicole put up

"Chris C. eats pizza, doughnuts, etc in the offseason, I've had many post-stoned meals with Chris"

i know what u mean after my competition in texas chris sat down and eat a whole cookie cake with me so i believe what u are saying.

i agree with u totally g-dogg. most people complain that they get weak and get hypoglycemia when on drugs, that just means they are not eating enough or waiting to long for their next meal.
i to, use to be a 130lbs guy before i started eating and bb, so i know how it is. but i ate like a champion and did my homework and i am now 215-220lbs. i haven't looked back since.

to mlsuler: i wieghed 135-145 when I gradulated highschool in the year 2000.

now I weight a solid 235-240 at any given time. It takes dedication and lots and lots of food. Learn how to eat right, then worry about your training and gear.

After 5 years of getting advice from the biggest bodybuilders on the planet, here's g-dogg's guide to put on ALOT of size-

1000 mgs of TEST per week (Personally, I like to switch types every 3 or 4 weeks)
800 mgs of DECA or EQ per week, I don't switch these, I pick one as my base and stay on it for 12-16 weeks
40 mgs of DIANABOL per day (my BP gets too high if I take more than 40 mgs)
3-6 IU's of GH 4 days per week (not neccesary but if you can afford it it does wonders, I would NOT recomend more than 6 per day even if you can afford it)
6-10 units of HUMALOG on training days-post-training only(100 grams of dextrose, 10 g's of creatine and glutamine and 50 grams of whey isolate)
Anti e's if needed

Here's the MOST IMPORTANT and my favorite part-DIET-I do not believe in eating clean to get big, the guys that make the most improvements do not stay lean all year round-here's a sample day of my diet when I'm bulking-

8 am-8 oz of steak
4 whole eggs
3 large pancakes with a little butter and syrup
a large glass of skim milk
10 am-50 grams of whey w/ skim milk
12 pm-2 chicken breasts with BBQ sauce
2 cups of white rice
a pastry and a diet coke
2 pm-50 grams of whey w/ skim milk and a sandwich (PB&J or turkey)
5 pm-(post-training, after my dextrose and whey drinks)-ground beef with sauce and 2 cups of rice
7 pm-a BIG meal from a restaurant, as long as I get at least 50 grams of protein I don't give a fuck about fat or carbs, it might be ribs and potatoes from Claim Jumper or a couple burgers from Burger King
9 pm-50 grams of whey with skim milk and another sandwich
11 pm-8 oz of any meat
1 cup of rice or a large helping of mashed potatoes

I wake up about 3 times in the middle of the night and eat whatever I grab whether it be pastries or a sandwich, I crave milk at night so of course I pound some

Alot of people might disagree with a diet like this but I've tried EVERY kind of way to get big and this seems to work the best, one healthy thing I do is drink AT LEAST one gallon of water per day
finally, someone who understands!!!

beez, some got shitty metabolism though and gain fat easy.........but thats once again genetics dictating the progess

i like to use 20cals per lb of bodyweight, works great for me personally

that does look like a really nice cycle/diet plan. the only problem is that i need to hit the lottery before i can cycle and afford to eat like that :mix:

Hey g-dogg, why do you recommend not going over 6iu of gh even if you can afford it? Don't most pros use more than 6iu/day?- cbeaks

Looks, good. If you really want to bulk what you are doing is the only way to go. I could never understand why some people plan out a bulking cycle that looks like a cutting cycle.

Get your basic protein and carbs in and after that eat everything you can get a hold of.
