I can post my split but I cant post the entire routines, it would take up the whole fuckin page, but here is my splilt, and yes volume training does work for me, I go with supersets,
heavy sets, cheat sets, negative reps, giant sets,
staggered sets, rep sets all in one training session.
day 1- chest, light bis, abs, calves
day 2- back, light tris, forearms
day 3- legs, abs, calves
day 4- shoulders
day 5- tris, bis, abs, calve
usually take one day rest, then might have to double up or take a light day, but usually I try to follow this split.
