Here's g-dogg's ULTIMATE BULKING diet and cycle-

I can tell you his training routine isnt half of what mine is 25-30 sets per body part 9-10 exercises per body part, and what do you do(gdogg) when you guys work legs since paul does front squats only, or has he abondened that mentality and began to do regular squats again?

Whats your split look like? Thats alot of volume, which I'm sure you know, but I'm curious to how its worked for you? Please post what your split is.
 
I can post my split but I cant post the entire routines, it would take up the whole fuckin page, but here is my splilt, and yes volume training does work for me, I go with supersets,
heavy sets, cheat sets, negative reps, giant sets,
staggered sets, rep sets all in one training session.

day 1- chest, light bis, abs, calves
day 2- back, light tris, forearms
day 3- legs, abs, calves
day 4- shoulders
day 5- tris, bis, abs, calve

usually take one day rest, then might have to double up or take a light day, but usually I try to follow this split.
 
day routines

day 1
flat hammer strength bench or flat barbell bench
dumbell flat bench
incline dumbell flyes
incline db presses or incline barbell or inc. ham st.
decline hammer strength
straight bar curl
cable cross over
alternate curls
decline db flyes ss w/decline db press
pec-dec
some tricep pushdowns maybe

calves and abs

day 2
pullups ss with close grip pullups
bent over barbell rows ss with reverse grip rows
lat pulls
one arm dumbell rows
one arm revers tricep pushdowns
giant set of bent dumbell rows- rows, straight, side
goodmornings
tricep pushdowns
pullovers
tricep rope extension
close grip pulldowns
standing back pushdowns
 
day 3

day 3
leg ext and leg curl warmup
leg presses
reg squats supersetted with front squats
straight leg deadlifts
lunges
standing leg curls
leg extensions
all body pump on machines and dumbells for upper body

day 4
military shoulder machine press
giant set of side laterals, bentover laterals, front raises
then do these individually and supersetted
hammer strength military
and various shoulder exercises
few bi and tri sets
 
day 5

skull crushers
close grip bench
straight bar curls
reverse grip tricep bench press
tricep pushdowns
lying incline straight bar curls
one arm reverse tricep extension
alternate db curl (rack method)
one arm behind head tricep extension
camber bar curl
kickbacks
hammer curls
concentration curls
tricep close grip pushdowns
burnouts on db curls
various curl machines
tricep rope extension

included might be more this is a rough draft
included in my training is a 5 minute treadmill warmup
15 minute stretching
and total body machine warmup
 
bump for you guys, and g-dogg never answered what do you do on legs since paul doesnt do regular squats anymore just front squats, or has he changed his mentality and started doing regular squats again?????
