My gym is under construction at college. So everything is really stacked together. The only way to get a quality workout is to be up at 5:30 and be there at 6. i dont mind this, but some days i have 7:30 classes, so 4/7 days this isnt an option.
Will i lose a lot of strength by not going to the gym 3-4 times a week, and now only maybe 2?
Also, my goal is to lose fat and be strong. So far, im doing really good. Would increasing cardio and doing an Atkins type diet be a good alternate while my workouts are going to be reduced?
