basics are the i suck at dieting - whenever im on supps i just eat as much as possible and then hit the weights...
well i am starting to put on some pounds and want to switch my ways to a lean bulk...
the only foods that i want to eat are
- chicken breasts
- brown rice
- ground beef
- frozen veggies
- yogurt
- oatmeal
- deli meats
thats about it
can someone put together a lean bulk diet for me...i suck at counting and dont understand the numerical breakdowns besides you need 1.5-2g protein per lb.
