help with LEAN BULK diet please

basics are the i suck at dieting - whenever im on supps i just eat as much as possible and then hit the weights...

well i am starting to put on some pounds and want to switch my ways to a lean bulk...

the only foods that i want to eat are
- chicken breasts
- brown rice
- ground beef
- frozen veggies
- yogurt
- oatmeal
- deli meats

thats about it

can someone put together a lean bulk diet for me...i suck at counting and dont understand the numerical breakdowns besides you need 1.5-2g protein per lb.

the only real way to answer your question is to say to keep it clean and if you carb cut cut at night. basically you want to only remove what you need to to slowly get your bf down to a % you want it at then keep it there. your diet will constantly need to change.

by the way i have to say this lean bulking thing = cutting and bulking at the same time they work against eachother and you will not develop as well.

the body fat you carry while bulking depends on your body. you may only carry 12% where i carry 20% but we can grow to our maximum potential bulking then cut before a show and be bigger than we would if we did this half cut half bulk all the time.

i know bulk/cut is better than just a steady lean bulk - i just get fat in face/lovehandles and hate it so i want to try something different.

anyone else want to chime in as well?
 
Sometimes diet alone isn't enough!

I Eat 6 small meals per day two or 3 of those being Hi Protein shakes,

The last meal of the day should be your smallest, esp in you want to really dip into those fat stores, then morning cardio on an empty stomach after a 10-12 hr fast, is a great way to loost those love handles, the body has no choice but to dip into fat for fuel, afterwards the bodys demand for nutrients is at it's highest, now is the perfect time for a hi protein shake!

Keeping it as simple as I can, the best lean bulk diet is HIGH protein, a lot of complex carbs (except post workout and in the morning, thats when you eat simple carbs), and LOW fats (less than 50 g per day).

im not trying to say this is wrong or bad but this really depends on the person. i dont fast for more than 5 hours because i lose to much size. if i went 10 or 12 i would probably lose 40 lbs of mass in a month. so this idea sounds crazy to me. 12 hours is extreme radar what kind of macros do you eat in a day?

I Have done this countless times ,eating 6 serving a day the body has a low calorie content in the morning, but like you say everyone is different, I put this info out hoping to help ! some will rise,some will fall


It all plays down to BF ,metabolism,diet,dedication.
