Once I hoist the weight from my knees to shoulders I can't seem to press the weight on the first rep but once I get going I can pump out about 6 reps. Is this weak front delts?? What do I need to work on?
Personally I bring the dumbells down just as far on every rep. If I couldn't start it, I wouldn't be able to do any reps at all. I don't see how you can get 6 reps if you're using the full range of motion and you can't get it started.
