weeks 1-10 900mg sust, chinese sust
weeks 1-12 600mg eq
weeks 6-12 75mg fina ed
.5 mg arimidex throughout
Hey everyone, I need your help with making a diet. I have read many excellent posts on here, so I am positive that you all can give me some help. Well, I started clomid last week. My cycle consisted of eq @ 500mg for weeks 1-12, anavar @30mg/day for weeks 5-12, and fina 75mg eod day for weeks 8-12. I 20 years old and started my cycle at 158. I am 5'10. I was 185 the day of my last shot of eq. Currently I am 180. I have been on clen for the past month, two weeks on, two weeks off. I put on some good size and kept my abs. Bf is probably around 8-10%. Well I want to begin another cycle in mid November. I was thinking about doing a bulking cycle, but I do not want to gain in the gut. It is very hard for me to lose my love handles. I have little ones right now and do not want them to get larger I want to put on size, but not get bloaty. I want to continue cardio and lose a bit of bf. How much cardio should I do. Should I do cardio on an empty stomach in the morning for 25 minutes, or just do 15-25 minutes after lifting? Is cardio going to have a big effect on my gains? Also, about how many calories, carbs, fats, and proteins do you think I should consume during this cycle? Remember my goal is to stay lean and put on some size, not eat 5000 calories and increase my bf by 10%. Thanks for the help.
