HELP With Diet/Exercise..4 mnth post baby!

Ive been on this forum for years and with all your help recovered from a previous eating disorder. I just gave birth to my first baby in October. I gained 32 lbs total and have lost 22 lbs on my own. Im currently 130 and was 120 before pregnancy which is on the higher end of what I even like to be for my height which is 5'1. I would like to get to a healthy 110-115 so I need to lose 15 lbs! Its getting a little easier with the baby now where I feel I have the time to cook again! So any help with coming up with a diet plan that I can follow everyday would be so much appreciated! Im so determined to have my body back by this Spring. I did join the gym but I also have an EFX at home and the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred DVD that I can do when I cant always make it to the gym. I can workout 4xday week. Not sure what my BF% is. I wake at 7 and am in bed by 1030-11pm. Please help come up with a routine thats basic easy but works!

I will let the ladies handle this one. Congrats on the baby and losing that much weight so far. In most cases women's hormones do not go back to "normal" for many, many months after having a baby. So it is harder to lose weight. The fact that you are getting the results you are already is promising!

Congratulations on the baby chic. I'm not the best person on here to give advice but there are lots ladies on here that are very knowledgable with diets and routines.
What I will say though is that whatever you plan I'm sure you will do amazing after you had the courage to fight an eating disorder and loosing an amazing amount of weight as well as juggling a life with a lil child!! Your amazing!! ;)

Good luck

My advice is to be consistent working out and eat healthy. Diet is most important thing. Don't overdo it with the baby. I have three (14, 12, and 6) and the stress and just being tired can burn you out quick. 115 by spring is a very obtainable goal, but as long as you are making progress don't get depressed if you don't quite reach it.

This may not be exactly what you want, but it is a good starting point. Enjoy your baby, they grow up quick.

Not sure on advice either, just joined this site. I also am trying to lose baby weight (I have a 6 month old) and lose weight that I have gained over the last couple years. I just wanna say good luck and you seem determined so I am sure you will succeed. If you come across any good tips lemme know! Congrats on the baby!!
