so then, you should try and basicaly use only your back. I have been trying this the last few backworkouts, with my kneeds only slightly bent, enough to pick up the bar. My back has been hurting, but I am not sure if its a good or bad hurt
Well there is a Deadlift Secrets tape that Westside put out...but IMO it kinda sucked. However in the Seminar Video...they have a section on the proper way to deadlift...as well as SO MUCH INFO...the Seminar Video is a MUST!!!!!
I'll second Hannibals thoughts on the seminar video .. really outstanding stuff . I was leary of the expense , but it was well worth the money .....( though i still dont know if im doing JM presses correctly or not )
