help me plz diet

i have decided since i am going to take t3 and clen for my first cycle as not to sure if i should throw in the deca i ahve bt here is my diet i will use everyday for the full 9 week cycle.

morning -oatmeal 1cup
snack - protein shake 45 gr protein
lunch- healthy choice tv dinner
snack - protein shake 45 gr
dinner healthy choice tv dinner
before bed protein shake 45 gr

total of 150gr of protein per day
fat 22 gr per day
saturated fat 6gr per day
calories 1500 per day
sodium 1200mg per day
carbs 92 gr per day
cholestrol 90mg per day
fiber 8gr per day

thx for reading let me know if something is out of place!
i also drink 200 ozs of water a day

i ahve the following supplements but not sure how to work them
oxydrene
creatine
taurine
milk thistle
no2
and daily vitamins
 
What is your maintenance calorie level. Are you doing any cardio?

How much T3 are you planning on taking? if you are taking large doses like 50mcg or more then yeah an AAS will help with catabolism.

You'll probably need some appetite suppressants too.

Milk thistle is more for liver. Creatine is a muscle building drug that can cause bloating (which could give you the false impression your diet isn't working).
 
i am going to pryramid the t3 start out at 25mcg and end up at 100mcg before pyrmading down same with clen the deca is 300mg a week for 9 weeks my maintence calories 3045 a day
 
for cardio i do 1 hour every day except saturday and sunday
i do spinning classes meaning cycling and i jump rope for 30 mins a day
 
1500 kcal along with T3, clen and 1hr a day of cardio is a very low caloric intake with a 3045 maintenance. Add cardio & T3 in and you are easily burning 4500 or so a day+, 1500 is way too low.

Do you have trouble losing weight at higher calories?
