Help me out with a diet plan.

alright so i'll change tht, my bad i misinterpreted wht u said for the preworkout, sorry. so is this better??
Wake up: Run for about 25-30 minutes
Breakfast around 7: Raisin Bran or Oatmeal, 2 egg whites, and a banana
Snack at around 9:30 or 10: protein bar, or an orange or grapefruit
Lunch around 12:30: Grilled Chicken salad with no dressing and little bit of lemon
Pre Workout around 2:30: 2 bananas
Workout from 2:30: Run 30 minutes, lift for about an hour and a half
Post Workout around 4:30: a diet soda and an orange
Dinner at 7:30: Grilled Chicken and veggies
 
ya i know i didnt add the whey cuz i havent bought any yet, my mom is having surgery on friday and she is prepping for it this week, so i have no way of getting her to take me to buy it or for her to even give me money to buy it cuz i dont got a job right now and she is prepping for surgery so i dont wanna ask her.
 
get yourself a gallon jug. fill that bad boy up in the morning. drink it all before you go to bed.
