Help me get these guys over 19"

I have never been able to get my arms over 19" on cycle no matter how hard I try. Before I started this new cycle I was able to keep my arms at 18" pumped after an arm workout.

This cycle is consisting of
600 test e
600 eq
400 tren e
50 mg anavar daily

What are the odds of me being able to get over an inch on this cycle for my arms and what would be the best route to blast them hard and make them grow?

HELP!

have you tried any of those 6 week arm blasting routines. i tried this one a while ago with decent results:

mon - chest
tues - back + 3 bi exercises
wed - shoulders + 3 tri exercises
thurs - legs/rest (pick one)
fri - bis + tris
sat - rest/legs (pick the one you didnt do on thurs)
sun - start over

one day a week .... 8 sets preacher curls with EZ curl bar. 8 reps Moderately heavy. Shouldnt be able to do over 10 reps.

2 days a week (throw in with any other workout). 3 sets standing curls with barbell. Moderately heavy. 5-8 reps. Superset DIRECTLY after taking off 20 lbs. 10 reps.

OH GEEZ !!!

ANOTHER FUCKIN ARM THREAD !!

FOLKS YOU WERE BORN WITH LEGS.............IF YOU HAVE BIG ARMS AND LEGS LIKE A FUCKIN CHICKEN YOU LOOK RIDICULOUS !!!!

Advice that I can give you and that has worked for me (my arms used to really lag behind) is stick to the basics. Once a week for Bi's and Tri's, go heavy, with strict form. Heavy Barbell curls, dumbell curls, preacher curls for bi's and Close grip bench, dips and sull crushers for Tri's. I follow a 5x5 routine and do that for 4 weeks at a time, switching to higher rep cables for a couple weeks to change it up.

Max , I'm not having a problem with my legs. My wheels are fine. It's the bicep mainly that is lagging on me and giving me problems.

Main problem is I get shooting pains in my inner wrists when I do any kind of straight bar exercies. I feel like I'm missing out on a lot by not being able to do these exercises without any serious weight.

Old school approach .....
Do nothing but incline db curls ... 8 sets of 5 going down the rack, three times a week. 60 hours rest between workouts.
Set 1 is a warm up.
Set 2 is your max.
Sets 3-8 are 5 pound drops.

Move the max up 5 pounds when you can get 10 reps.

Steve Reeves did this to push his arms from 17 1/4 to 18 1/4 cold.

Are you doing an arm specific day? If so stop it and only work bi's on back day. You may be overtraining. Try only a few very heavy sets at the end of back day.

Very good advice M-18. Good to see you are checking in on us.

This might not be the right advice, but has worked for me on lagging body parts,

Shock the suckers

Do Arms 10 days in a row,

Blast the daily lights out of them, see what happens,

Lots of good advice from you all. I wrote alot of it down and will try some of them out. I'm hoping it's not just my genetics like "boops" mentioned.
