Help me design a diet for my fat ass

I carry a pic of you in my wallet too :rainbow:

Seriously though, GUARDIAN has been very helpful to me and I'm sure many others on this board.

Definitely take it slow and check things out on the board, tons of good information out there. Know that there are no quick fixes too. You are going to see a lot of "miracle" supplements that at this point you don't need. Concentrate on food, lots of water, weight training and cardio. Once you drop to about 220lbs in the next 6 months and have made some good progress maybe take a look at some supplements

DJLegacy is correct as well, the eBook "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" is a good start for beginners and advanced weightlifters alike.
How amazing, Guardian is in my wallet too. He has something going for him.

I agree - guardian that is amazing. Wow - from out of shape to perfect in no time. I guess muscle/fat memory had a massive role to play though and this couldn't normally happen

holy ashit man I looked at all those pics. That ridculas how youve transformed your body.
What the hell are you on?
And do you use a hypertrophy style workout?

i usually run pretty simple cycles of test/dbol only. my next one will be more anabolic and less androgenic so i should blow up some more.

i use a modified HIT dorian yates style training. i just write down all me weights, sets, & reps and i shoot to improve upon them by either adding more weight, doing more sets (only if i fail to get more reps or weight - sort of a punishment), and/or more reps.

diet is obviously super important, especially the little things like sups and PWO, etc.

not unless u got superior genetics imo.

Out of curiosity, what is in the book? Meal plans and a weight program? Was just interested because when I looked at it, it just seemed to be a book about certain foods and all that.

I googled it and read the bullets, but I didn't see any mention of a weight routine. I have a friend, no really, that is wanting a certain program for himself instead of doing the 5x5 with me. The 5x5 worked for my weight loss pretty well, went from 250 to 178, even though I have ballooned back up due to real life.

And good luck to you Ready, and don't be down on yourself. This community helped me with all my questions and never really minded answering them.

Thanks to you guys and the encouragement I been meticulous about my diet and cardio the past two weeks and haven't ingested a bad calorie (or even had a craving too using the mental techniques of programming the subconscious) at all. Cardio and lifting has been through the roof. My performance has jumped up big and my strength has jumped too just by "really" cleaning up the diet.
