Yeah, bloating and fluid retention are the two biggest causes of post comp weight gain and "smoothing out". Nothing to worry about for at least a week IMHO. Feed your face big time and get back to the gym. The only other time anyone ever makes muscle gains like the 2-4 weeks post comp is on their first cycle. Honest. You will partition a large part of the nutrients you take in over the next few weeks to muscle if you keep training. Personally I love the way I look and feel post comp. Muscles very full, but bodyfat still ultra low.......
