Thanks and good luck I had never wanted to be in a show until someone told me they thought I could never diet enough to compete. And thats all it took I only had 10 weeks before the show so I trained harder than ever and the last 6 weeks AM cardio and pm work-outs and it all paid off now I can't wait until next year I know I'll be better than ever. One thing on dieting just remember when you get ready to cheat on your diet the guy next to you on stage might not be cheating on his diet.Again good luck and make sure you post some pictures of your show.
