Hey guys I know it's not all about upper body so here is a quad shot. Not the best pic... This is my weakest point that I kill more than any body part. I have worked so hard to get them to this point. I have a long way to get to my goal.
How do you manage to eat that much in one sitting? I will literally throw up if I eat past a certain point and have been having this issue for a while. Any advice?
