I noticed after I stopped eating those ready-made pastas that my energy levels went back up and I actually started to cut some extra fat off.
I really love pasta though and would like to reintroduce it to my diet. Obviously I’m not gonna mess with white pasta but what do you think about things like rice pasta and other types of pasta where they make it from vegetables.
Have any of you tried that and would that be a healthier option?
