Everyone post healthy high calorie meals, foods or supplements people can use to bulk on. Example I need to take in 5000 cals. But in the past I ate a lot of junk food to reach that goal. It would be great to have a listing of good healthy food that produce alot of calories with out all the transfat and bad sugars.

My 1st and obvious one is peanut butter and jelly on real whole wheat bread.
You buy natural peanut butter and 100% natural jelly (all sugar are from fruits, no sugar added) and put it on real whole wheat bread (the kind thats as hard a rock).
You can get 550 cals from 1 sandwich with 18-20grams of protein and tons of carbs from grains that have not been processed.

I like to have a chicken breast(8oz) along with some nice healthy green veggies(1/2 cup or more if u like) and some brown rice(1 serving). gives me 59.5gP/51C/and 7.3gF at a total of 530 calories... not the fastest... but a good amount of cals.

Another option.... is a footlong subway club
48gP/94C/12gF at 640Cal
of course there is a lot of sodium here and I doubt the bread is anywhere near the kind of wheat bread you want... but its not the worst 640 cals you could get.

Nuts add up quickly (seeds too)

Loads of potatoes and sweet potatoes.

Beans and lentils are not too bad.

Avocados

Bananas

Whole milk

ya i have oatmeal with a protein shake and 1 fruit almost every morning. but im getting sick of oatmeal. the taste is starting to bother me.

almost anything that is high in good fats. those 9cals per gram are priceless. i will often switch out my lean sources of meat for more red meat.

Put the whey in with the oats.

Try barley, rye, brown rice flakes for variety.

Or a natural museli, just watch out for those with the hidden sugars, usually listed as 'evaporated cane juice sugar' in the US.

good tips guys. thanks.

3 scoops of cytogainer are great post workout, for the fast carbs/protein and high cals..
