Hey.The troubles havent kicked in yet,but I a a worry worm.
I cut sugar, cut fat, have a good knowledge of dietary habits/needs---in general I avoid canned+any processed type foods (to a point)
you see sugar and fat are easy to cut (for me) but not this-not a matter of choice-----
My problem is SODIUM It is in EVERYTHING! my protein shakes, protein bars (I use pure protein type, best I could find) my milk, and almost all my meats, and almost everything else
I mean thats the majority of my food source (except fruit/veggies)
Eating 3500+cals a day gives me a ton of sodium-way more than I need---I dont add salt,or salt made flavorings
but is there any way other than more water (pushing my urinary limits on that) to counter or reduce my high salt intake????? any info appreciated
