Every guy always starts reflecting on his career, pay, savings, relationships, etc. etc. when he finds-out his wife is preggers. It doesn't matter if you're unemployed or making seven figures/year -- it hits everyone.

Yup. Shitting bricks just means you're one of the responsible ones that actually think about the future.

Try to ditch the worry portion (the part you can't control) and convert the anxiety to energy. Not only does it help shunt the anxiety -- if you apply that energy toward your concerns it can help eliminate the source as well.
