Alright I know this is going to sound like a total noob question, but I was wondering if there was anything specific that I could do to greatly increase punching power. Im fixing to start some fighting classes and just got back into lifting. So let me know if you have any ideas. I have a heavy bag that Ive been using and have the speed bag for speed. I just wanted to know if there were any specific exercises or training methods. Thanks.
