I had one once. It was technically a cyst but it was just fibrous tissue that was screwed up. I had it removed in like 10 minutes and a couple of stitches. I didn't feel like dealing with it because I would have kept pushing on it had I left it there.

It will change size and hardness depending on how much fluid it traps on various days.

No biggie.
