Bran, anything can cause the lymphnodes in your neck to swell. A cold, gingivitis that I was joking about, any kind of immune response to something can cause them. Its higly unlikely given how often lymph nodes swell that it is something serious. Everyone gets swollen lymph nodes in their neck.
No reason to get paranoid unless it persists.
Most likely it will resolve itself in a week, dont worry about it and dont share drinks with strippers
