Iknow iknow, alot will issue the standard :
- not worth it, do juice instead
- only works with juice
- cost/benefit too high
- etc.

Here's my reason for asking, and my goals;

- I dont like crashing. Doing clomid/hcg/nolva the works, and its my experience that you wil STILL crash, allthough not as bad as if you didnt do post cycle treatment (btw, how does crashing and recovery from GH usage look like, its a field i have read nothing about, is the info out there ?)
- Really dont want to put on another 20lbs of mass, im happy around 200-210, however i'd like to get CUTS .. you know ? Like, i'll slim down to a steady 9-10% 200lbs add GH (3-4iu's/day ?)to the diet and hopefully easy down the %'es, still at ~200lbs over 4-5-6 months ? (thats what i was hoping for)
- longevity, being 30 its about time getting into how-to-stay-young schemes

Whatcha say ?
 
that's sounds good to me bro, I'm on a 20 weeker cycle right now but I'm about to finish next week. so what I was thinking is use 2 to 2 1/2 ius a day after I finish my cycle and use it as a bridge like for 5-6 months until I get back to my next cycle. I mainly want to use it because it will reduce my body fat i'm at 18% right now I know it's kind of a bit high but I want to keep most of my muscle and besides that I've head nothing but good things about it, reduce body fat and increases muscle by 18% and it makes you look younger. l'll keep you updated keep me updated.
 
your body produces around 2iu per day, which would make that dose a useless bridge.

Please let us know your results of a long term low dose HGH cycle. Thanks
 
should I bump it up to 4ius a day at least? Needsize tell us your experience with the gh, have you dropped your bf even when you're off season does it help you keep it low even when you're in a bulking diet?? I'm going to buy 120ius kexing kit any experiece with that one, I've read that you have used jinotropin in one of your posts.
 
I think it helped me keep my fat down despite running probably 6000 calories a day, but I didnt find myself losing fat from it. Along with var it did seem to help me maintain mass between cycles, but its hard to say which one was more responsible. I ran the jintropin for about 10 months, I would say that along with heavy cycles, it helped me to add some mass, but it was nothing that drastic. My next cycle is going to include IGF instead, as I use it primarily for mass purposes
