yes, thats what i've heard too, but alas, inspecting those stories will yield a 95% success rate on it being someone who's on quest for mass! get bigger, go-freak-hulk-style ...
However I dont have those expectations : i just wanna drop a few (or 3) percentage bodyfat ... i'm 30 and never really had abs before .. well some last year when i slimmed down tol 9-10% ... i'll do the same now (is ~13-14% now), albeit i'd like to stay on the right side of 90kg's (~200lbs) while getting down there .. i have no doubt i could get there on diet alone, but it'd be at ~190lbs ..
Sum : drop a few % fat, maintain muscle ... will 4iu's/day 5-6 mo's do that for me ?
