Growth from weight training in women

Some girl is asking me for help in weight training but I'm completely oblivious as to how a girl should train. Diet should roughly be the same except a reduction in BMR or something, but training seems to be an entirely different issue since there's taboo regarding masculinish female body shapes. Since girls have 1/10th the testosterones that males do, will their growth not reach levels that would produce a masculinsih body (broad shoulders, big muscles) or will weight trianing just be a shaping thing...Well I guess we all know the answer but I just need confirmation. I'm sure all of you look great even while training with movements classified as heavy compounds. I don't know...it feels wrong to tell a girl to do bench press and shoulder presses when it lead to massive growth in your personal experience. Sorry about the articulation I'm quite exhausted at the moment.

I am no expect, but the few ladies on here who appear to be very knowledgeable will require more infor regarding her height, weight, fat %, type of food she eats and what her exercise consists of now.. if anything

Women can train EXACTLY like men. They will NOT get teh "massive muscle gains" you get because they do not have the testosterone you have. Women who train like men do not look like men. Women who ABUSE steroids can look like men.

Thanks girls.
Oh she's about 5'5-5'6, skinny build, I'd say 100-120? K cool, so she's won't grow excessively unless she gets androgenic aid.

I think you should find out what her goals are. I am not in fear of getting bigger or more "masculine." I enjoy pushng my body and the feeling I get when I am meeting my challenge. I have a goal of bench pressing my own weight and if that means my muscles need to get bigger to do it...so be it.
Also I am not a man and I never will be, nor will any woman...unless I get a sex change. Get her to look at this site. The women here will be the best support for her.
cheers
:)

Women are like men - some are more genetically able to get bigger muscles without AAS, but she won't bulk out at all. 5'6 at 120 pounds or less does sound a little on the thin side. If she's naturally thin, she'll probably get some decent definition, but her muscles will remain small.
