Green Veggies & Daily Carb Intake???

Guys, I'm putting together a diet to lose bodyfat. I wanted to know do you count green veggies such as Broccoli, Green Beans, Lettuce, etc...towards your daily carb intake? Or do you only count carbs such as Brown Rice, Oatmeal, and Sweet Potatoes? What do you think???
 
Fibrous veggies I usually don't count if held to about a cup or so per meal.

I plan on consuming 1 1/2 cups of green veggies along with various proteins(Chicken, Egg Whites, Tuna)and 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil each meal for the second half of the day. The first 3 will be Protein/Carb Meals with minimal fat.
 
I really hate veggies , so I don't eat them . BUT if you eat it , you have to count it as a source of carbs/cals.

I eat 3-4 cups of veggies (uncooked) per day and don't count those - I just watch the rice/potatoes.
 
Ive never counted green veggies while cutting bc they are so low in calories. It really shouldnt be an issue as long as you watch everything else. I think most people who have problems losing weight have them in not knowing the proper size portions of meat/carbs or not knowing how much a tablespoon of olive oil or natty pb is. not by consuming too many green veggies.
