GREAT TASTING but healthy recipe i want to share

hey everyone i just had an amazing lunch - tasted GREAT but more importantly it was healthy :) so i thought i'd share it with those of you who need more ideas for healthy meals:

need: 3/4 -1 (depending on size) chopped onion
about 4-5 mushrooms chopped
1 can of albacore tuna
1 slice whole grain bread
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

all i did was pour a tbsp of olive oil in a pan to get it nice n slippery then i put the mushrooms and onions in together and sautee'd them for about 5 minutes until they were both a nice brown shade

then i put the can of tuna straight out of the can onto a plate after i drain it...then toast 1 slice of whole grain bread (great for those of you who can't take eating a meat product without any kind of bread like i know some people do)

and boom - scoop up the cooked nice mushrooms and onions and place them around your circle of tuna and then have a little bid of bread with it :) - tastes great and it's a healthy idea...here is a picture to get your taste buds watering:

Another goo tuna sammich idea, mayo free.

Can or pouch of tuna
1 jalapeno seeded and minced
1-2 cloves garlic minced
2-3 tpsp red onion minced
1 tbsp olive oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
arrugula v(sp?)

Mix all but the figgin thing I can't spell together, top with said fuggin thing and eat your way into nutritious horrible bad-breathedness.
 
Ha um.. man.. shoulda broken up the tuna in that picture.. Makes me think of a big pile of catfood with mushrooms around it..

I always just break up my tuna, take about 5 eggs worth of hardboiled egg whites.. mix in a little olive oil.. salt and pepper.. Viola 1 hr before workout meal.. Sometimes with hot sauce.. depends how much I feel like shitting that evening.

yea i should have broken it up to make it look even better...but it does taste great...and yeah i tried the egg whites/tuna/some O Oil...tasted great :p ...egg whites/oil hid the boring taste of tuna with no mayo while i still got all the good stuff from the eggs n tuna :) won't let me give you karma monster...but if i could i would lol
