J Jacked Johnson New member Sep 2, 2001 #4 Use pre-exhaustion to really blow up your chest. I start off every chest workout with 3 sets of flyes to beat the shit out of my chest prior to hitting the flatbench. Has worked WONDERS for my chest development.
