Got to brag about my NDGirl

I have to brag! She's getting stonger every week.

40lb x10 dumbell press
35lb x 10 incline dumbell
195lb x 10 squats (only the second week doing real squats)

I just had to post this. I'm so proud!

She just keeps picking up heavier weight every week. Basicaly if she can only get 8 reps one week, she get 10 reps the next. The last 2 months since she ha been back in the gym is the first time she has focused on pushing up the numbers. I got her away from the smith machine last week and got her doing real squats. Since she really likes the leg press, she hits it after squats for a couple work sets of 360 x 10.

Wow, good squat, NDGirl! Actually, I can do almost the weights you use on d.b. press and incline d.b. press (mine are 16 and 14 kg, yours 18 and 16), but my squat isn't anywhere near yours ... OK, I only started doing squats about 1.5 months ago, after months of other leg workout ... Am curious if I can make it up to your squat weight .. It's a good goal! :) I am amazed you already did this after 2 weeks .. When I started, I used 30 kg (66 lbs) and was scared as hell :D Now 50 kg (110 lbs) 10x, you see the difference between your squat and mine ...

no leg press, it was all about squats.

Thanks, BTW spatts, this is also while trying to cut. She is trying to follow your cutting diet as close as she can. A little less cals, like 1500 to 1800 and 200gr of protien minimum. She is also cycling the carbs between 60 - 75 and 125 - 150 like you sugested. The fat is stubborn but the muscle seems to be growing and she is getting stronger. I really think she has great genetics.
