Here it goes:
I've been at it a little over 2 years now...
-6'1''
-234 lbs - just weighed (just had protien bar, apple juice. wearing shoes, pants, t-shirt)
-estimated 15-17% BF
-20 yrs old
I want to compete in April in the NPC Junior USA's. Never juiced -- use protien, creatine, multi, glucosamine, Ripped Fuel. Considering juice, not extensivly educated in the area... I have general knowledge from being in the gym for the past few years. I know I dont need test, but I need something to put me over the top. I'm ready to diet, quit partying, stay strict and get my ass back in shape-- more than than, in shape to compete and do something with it.
I workout 4-6 days a week. Past 2 years, lifted 5 days a week... 2 bodyparts a day and it just wore me down and in the end, injured me. Been out/pussy footing it for about 2 monthes now and am ready to get to the next level. As for cardio, starting at 5.5-7 mph for about 30 min.
Anything you can help with is greatlu appreciated. I'll post my presumed diet later on.
