going on vacation in about 3 weeks. best way to cut bf%?

i'm looking for a way to cut bf% in the next 3 weeks. i'm 170 lbs and abou 12bf right now. would simply cutting out carbs do the trick?

looking for some suggestions.

low carbs, high protein, cardio 6 days a week.

cut out all shitty food
 
I guess it depends on how much you want to lose before your trip and how much muscle you are willing to sacrifice to lose the fat.... I definately would cut out most of my carbs from the afternoon on and do my intense cardio first thing in the morning every day... I could also try to hit an afternoon session, but maybe a longer session but not as intense. If you want to lose fat enough to be miserable drop your calorie consumption by about 700-800 and keep a healthy cheat day a week to maintain your metabolism... I did all this before spring break in Cancun this year and had pretty good results but I was cranky and tired all the time. It definitely paid off for my trip, I felt great out at the pool and at the clubs! Just make sure that you maintain a healthy diet after your trip so all the fat doesn't pile back on!

that sounds even harder. would just going atkins with some hard cardio get me results? this is what i was debating on doing in the first place. your suggestion would work but i think i'd completely shrink that way
 
I guess it depends on your metabolism and how easily you can take off weight... If I wanted to I could lose almost 20 lbs in about that time, but I was 6'4 230 and got down to 210..... I'd just make sure your diet is on point and the cardio you DO do is intense.... Hopefully you have either something good to watch on the TV's or some hot girls to look at when you do your cardio at the gym, that usually makes the time fly by....
 
There's no quick fix, bossman. Diet and cardio, either do it or don't. Either way don't complain about it. Nobody is holding a gun to your head.
